Who I am

I am originally from Beijing, China and am now based in Plymouth, UK employed as a Research Assistant at the Peninsula Medical School and work with the Respiratory Research Unit. I have research interests in psychological factors.

我叫王旭，来自中国北京，现在在 Peninsular 医学院（英国普利茅斯城市）的呼吸系统研究中心做研究助理的工作。我的研究兴趣还包括医学心理学，健康心理学以及跨文化心理研究。

我在 LINQ （慢性阻塞性肺病病人信息需求问卷）研究项目中的工作

我的工作涉及有关 LINQ 问卷的方方面面， 包括和各地医院相关人员的协调联系，协调本网站的维护，翻译相关问卷，最重要的是一个我们研究中心正在进行的研究项目：有关 LINQ 问卷在慢性阻塞性肺病病人康复治疗中的作用。病人在进行康复治疗之前和之后，在医护人员的指导下，分别填写 LINQ 问卷。 研究的结果用来检测 LINQ 问卷对病人信息需求的帮助作用。因为过去有研究表明，慢性阻塞性肺病病人的信息需求和他们的生活质量息息相关。LINQ 问卷的研究项目同时在英国不同地区进行，具体有：伦敦，兰卡斯特，卡迪夫，萨里，东德文郡，普利茅斯等城市。

My role in the use of LINQ

I am currently working on all aspects of the questionnaire, including co-ordinating the website, translations, new projects and in particular a research project to assess the discriminatory power of LINQ to measure changes in information status before and after pulmonary rehabilitation. This is a multicentre UK project involving sites in Leicester, Cardiff, London, Surrey, Wiltshire, East Devon, South Hams and Plymouth.
